To rinse hair with vinegar rinse you add 1 -2 Tblsp to 1 cup of water, or you can buy the bottle with nozzle which is easier to use.
Add to hair after washing, leave for about 2min then rinse off.
To leave in is fine just towel dry hair the vinegar smell does not last in hair, this is for very oily, dandruffy hair..
